The quarterly and half-yearly un-audited financial statements prepared in accordance with the Accounting Standards laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are generally published in Free Press Journal & Navshakti. The results are reviewed by the Audit Committee before being taken on record by the board. The Audit Committee comprises of two Non-Executive Director namely Mr. Mohan Das Kabra (Chairman of the Committee), Mr. Krishna Das Gupta (Member of the Committee) and one Executive Director namely Mr. Narendra Shah (Member of Committee). The Company Secretary acts as the Secretary to the Audit Committee. The results are subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors of the company.
