Our core principles of trust and transparency have come a long way in helping us develop and nurture long-term relationships with our key stakeholders

Keeping these objectives in mind the Board of Directors of RIL constituted the “Stakeholders Relationship Committee” of the Directors in accordance with Section 178(5) of the Companies Act,  2013 and Regulation 20 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015, which comprises Mr. Veeresh Malik, Chairman and Mr. Narendra Shah. Company Secretary of our Company is the Compliance Officer.

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee has the mandate to look into the shareholders and investors’ requests on matters relating to transfer of shares, dematerialization of shares, attending to complaints of non-receipt of annual report, non-receipt of dividend etc. In addition, the Committee also looks into matters which can facilitate better investor services and relations. Minutes of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee are placed before the Board in its subsequent meeting.

The Company provides adequate and appropriate mechanism to redress any investor complaint or grievance that may be lodged by any shareholders relating to transfer of shares, dematerialization of shares, attending to complaints of non-receipt of annual report, non-receipt of dividend etc. Shareholders are need to lodge their complaint at ruchiinfrasecretarial@ruchiinfrastructure.com
